Zyrtec oral solution contains cetirizine dihydrochloride 1 mg per ml (5 mg in 5 ml), a non-sedating antihistamine for hay fever, year-round allergic rhinitis and hives.
Directions for use:
Adults and children 12 years and over: 10 ml once a day.
Children 6 to 12 years: 5 ml twice a day.
Children 2 to 6 years: 2.5 ml twice a day.
Measure each dose with the spoon or syringe provided. Not for children under 2 unless prescribed. Some people may feel drowsy - avoid alcohol and do not drive if affected.
