Zupricin is an antibiotic that treats certain skin infections. It works by stopping the growth of certain bacteria.
This ointment treats a type of bacterial skin infection called impetigo. Also, it treats inflammation of a hair follicle. Other conditions that it treats include:
• minor skin infection due to bacteria
• methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus bacteria in nose
• Finally, it treats furunculosis or boils on the skin
